1. تغطية التأمين

كل مركبة مؤجرة عبر أوتورينتيفاي تأتي مع تغطية تأمين. إليك ما يُشمل عادة:

التأمين الشامل (CDW)

جميع الإيجارات تشمل التنازل عن أضرار التصادم (CDW) الذي يغطي:

  • أضرار الحوادث: تغطية لأضرار السيارة المؤجرة في حالة التصادم أو الحادث.
  • الحماية من السرقة: تغطية إذا سُرقت السيارة خلال فترة الإيجار.
  • أضرار الحريق: حماية ضد أضرار الحريق للمركبة.
  • المسؤولية تجاه الطرف الثالث: تغطية للأضرار التي تلحق بالمركبات أو الممتلكات الأخرى.

ما لا يُغطى

التأمين القياسي عادة يستثني:

  • تلف الإطارات والعجلات والزجاج الأمامي (إلا إذا تم شراء تغطية إضافية)
  • تلف الجزء السفلي من المركبة
  • الممتلكات الشخصية المتروكة في المركبة
  • الأضرار الناجمة عن القيادة تحت تأثير الكحول أو المخدرات
  • الأضرار الناجمة عن القيادة على طرق غير معبدة أو مناطق وعرة
  • الأضرار الناجمة عن سائقين غير مصرح بهم

2. التأمين الضماني

مطلوب تأمين ضماني عند استلام سيارتك المؤجرة. إليك ما تحتاج معرفته:
  • السيارات الاقتصادية: تأمين 1,000 – 2,000 درهم
  • متوسطة الحجم وSUV: تأمين 2,000 – 3,000 درهم
  • السيارات الفاخرة: تأمين 5,000 – 10,000 درهم

التأمين قابل للاسترداد بالكامل وسيُعاد خلال 7-21 يوم عمل بعد إعادة السيارة، بشرط عدم وجود أضرار أو مخالفات مرورية معلقة. بعض شركاء التأجير يقدمون خيارات تأمين مخفض أو بدون تأمين.

3. ماذا يحدث في حالة حادث؟

إذا كنت متورطًا في حادث، اتبع هذه الخطوات لضمان حمايتك:
  1. تأكد من السلامة أولاً
    تحقق من الإصابات وانتقل إلى مكان آمن إذا أمكن. اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ (999) إذا أصيب أي شخص.
  2. اتصل بشرطة دبي
    لأي حادث في الإمارات، يجب الإبلاغ عنه للشرطة. اتصل على 901 للحوادث غير الطارئة أو 999 للطوارئ. تقرير الشرطة مطلوب لمعالجة أي مطالبة تأمين.
  3. وثّق المشهد
    التقط صورًا لجميع المركبات المتورطة والأضرار ولوحات الأرقام ومشهد الحادث من زوايا متعددة.
  4. اتصل بشريك التأجير
    اتصل بشركة التأجير فورًا. رقم الدعم على مدار الساعة موجود في عقد الإيجار. سيرشدونك إلى الخطوات التالية.
  5. احصل على تقرير الشرطة
    احصل على تقرير الشرطة الرسمي الذي سيحدد المسؤولية. هذا ضروري لمطالبات التأمين.
  6. أكمل تقرير الحادث
    املأ أي نماذج حوادث مطلوبة من شريك التأجير. قدم جميع الوثائق بما في ذلك تقرير الشرطة.
مهم: لا تغادر مشهد الحادث بدون تقرير شرطة. القيام بذلك يمكن أن يُبطل تغطية التأمين ويؤدي إلى عواقب قانونية.

4. سياسة أضرار المركبة

فحص الإعادة

رسوم الأضرار

  • انبعاجات: 500 – 1,500 درهم حسب الحجم والموقع
  • تلف الزجاج الأمامي: 500 – 2,000 درهم للإصلاح أو الاستبدال
  • أضرار كبيرة: تُقيّم بناءً على تكاليف الإصلاح؛ قد يغطيها التأمين مع التحمل المطبق

5. المساعدة على الطريق على مدار الساعة

جميع الإيجارات عبر أوتورينتيفاي تشمل مساعدة على الطريق على مدار الساعة لراحة بالك:
  • دعم الأعطال: مساعدة ميكانيكية للأعطال في أي مكان في الإمارات
  • تشغيل البطارية: مساعدة إذا ماتت بطاريتك
  • تغيير الإطار المثقوب: مساعدة في تغيير الإطارات
  • وقود الطوارئ: توصيل الوقود إذا نفد منك
  • خدمة الإغلاق: مساعدة إذا أُقفلت خارج المركبة

7. المخالفات المرورية وسالك (الرسوم)

فهم المخالفات المرورية ومسؤوليات الرسوم خلال إيجارك:
  • المخالفات المرورية: أنت مسؤول عن أي مخالفات مرورية خلال فترة الإيجار. ستُخصم المخالفات من تأمينك مع رسوم إدارية (عادة 20-50 درهم لكل مخالفة).
  • رسوم سالك: نظام رسوم الطرق في دبي يفرض 4 دراهم لكل بوابة. هذه الرسوم تُفوتر بشكل منفصل أو تُخصم من تأمينك في نهاية فترة الإيجار.
